Fraudulent letters are being sent to customers on FLOCERT letterhead informing about a supposed change of bank details, asking to redirect payments to a different account than stated on FLOCERT invoices.
Please note that FLOCERT has not changed its bank account or the payment process. In case you have received suspicious communication related to your invoicing or are unsure about where to direct certification fee payments, please contact us.
In the unfortunate case that you already made a payment to a different bank account, you should immediately contact your local bank and police.
