Impact
Any effects arising from an intervention or action. This includes immediate short-term outcomes as well as broader and longer-term effects and consequences. These can be positive or negative, planned or unforeseen.
FLOCERT offers impact measurement: The process of trying to find out what effect an intervention (such as a funding programme) is having on people or organisations or their external physical, economic, political or social environment.
